Conduct training needs analysis for key training programs and courses-Use adult learning theories to design, develop and maintain effective, efficient, engaging learning solutions for ILT and eLT modules-Design and incorporate evaluative measures aligning with Kirkpatrick levels 1-4-Interface with corporate LMS and other databases as needed-Collaborate with Enterprise Training Program Managers and stakeholders to understand knowledge gaps and create mitigation plans-Serve as subject matter expert for ADDIE process and enterprise software and methodologies supporting the development of training.
