As a seasoned facilitator, I engage my clients in a powerful experience encompassing pragmatic knowledge which produces movement. The most impactful decisions are made by continuously maneuvering client habits and services through performance evaluations, training and development in conjunction with prepared employer advising sessions. As contractual compliances are often minimized, I confirm alignments by monitoring set targets and/ or service deliveries. As a strategic communicator, I often market employment related services to employers. In addition, my leadership skills provide ease with presentations to employers, partners and other referral agencies to raise project profiles and increase job retention and engagement.I strive to transform institutions with profitable action-based strategies.
