Member of the Application Technical and Operations Maintenance Team. Responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day support for one or more products or applications that are deployed to the production environment. Ensuring the availability of an application or product for end users. Participate in the On Call rotation of the team’s on call phone. Effectively coach/mentor other team members.Currently serving as the primary support representative from the Application Technical and Operations Maintenance team for the Procurement Line of Business. Responsibilities include: Lead technical efforts associated with Procurement/PRISM upgrades and installations of NASA FAR supplements, FAR FAC, and NAICS code updates as the customer receives them from the software vendor. Configuration and installation of new software on the application servers to meet new business processes/requirements. Maintain/support over 10 PRISM environments for the client. Responsible for the application server refreshes when a system refresh is coordinated by Release Management Team. Participate in daily/weekly meetings with the client and/or software vendor. Configure new application servers as requested by the client.Serve as secondary support for Quality Center and Quick Test Professional upgrades on client’s machines.

Angela has over 20 years of technical/functional experience implementing and supporting ERP applications. She has strong skills with SAP FICO, including Cost Management and Warehouse Management modules, PeopleSoft Financials and technical tools, specializing in Asset Management. She has an extensive background in root cause analysis and problem resolution within ERP applications. In addition, she has experience with the following PeopleSoft Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Human Resources and Benefits. Angela’s technical PeopleSoft skills include SQR, SQL, PeopleTools, and PeopleCode. Experience also includes user training, documentation, Production Support transitions, software upgrades and development.
