Designing and implementing strategies for retention and increased job satisfaction for every member of our nationwide work family. Providing strategic leadership to the President, Vice President, Regional Vice Presidents, Divisional leaders and Operations Management regarding Company Culture.Facilitating a yearly calendar and execution of fun monthly events to benefit and foster inclusivity and team building at the 145+ programs/operations.
