As Director of Cultivation, I work at the intersection of horticulture, biotech, and operational leadership in one of the most advanced controlled-environment crops: cannabis. I lead teams, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and scale cultivation systems that improve yield, sustainability, and efficiency under some of the strictest regulatory conditions in agriculture.My focus is on integrated pest management, systems thinking, and applying innovation responsibly — from genetics pipelines to sustainable water use.I’m passionate about how these lessons translate beyond cannabis.
