I create and support organizations that promote social and economic change. I am a Harvard trained lawyer with experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors. I have successfully advised, managed and resolved complex legal and organizational issues throughout my career. I was a founding member of a team that launched a national, tech-based, not for profit. I am committed, innovative, relentless and adaptable. I am a dedicated professional who commits to the success of my organizations and my co-workers.My leadership successes include co-founding a website to promote the personal, political and economic power of black women.My successes also include building a startup organization from 3 people to 60; overseeing a full range of corporate development and management strategies, and protecting the organization from legal and other risks. I have experience developing and implementing sustainable business strategies for both well- established and emerging organizations. Accomplishments: Established and led a nationally known nonprofit. The annual budget grew from to approximately $27M. Created infrastructure; helped develop sustainability model. Negotiated a deal to acquire \"mission critical\" proprietary technology.
