About Angela D. Wagner
As a former journalist and English teacher, I enjoy reading, writing and research. A life-long learner, I am well rounded and earned a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications to fulfill my dream of becoming a professional writer. After several years as a journalist in the Phoenix area for three weekly newspaper publications and a major metro daily (the East Valley Tribune), I relocated to Tucson in 2005. In August 2005, I began working in the local school system as substitute teacher. That led to a career change and I earned my post-bach teaching certificate. I taught high school English and journalism for several years at Marana High School to share my love of reading, writing, and journalism with others. In July 2015, I decided to leave teaching to launch my own business, Wagner Freelancing, to further pursue my goals as a writer. Now I enjoy networking with others and assisting them to expand their business outreach online. I assist businesses with SEO content for their websites, producing interesting blogs, and manage social media as well as direct email marketing to customers. Furthermore, I have assisted customers with networking, marketing, and consumer outreach. In addition to my own business, I also work with jVista Website Services as a Sales Consultant and Content Coordinator as well as AEI Advertising as a copywriter. JVista builds visually appealing websites with impact for companies looking to create a superior online presence at an affordable price. We can help with everything from website design and hosting to maintenance and support. As a copywriter with AEI, I manage social media for clients and create interesting content for customers as well. A natural people person, I enjoy meeting with clients to engage in new business partnerships.
