I’m a CIPD qualified HR professional with over 15 years of experience in HR and recruitment. In my role, I work closely with employees and senior leaders to create supportive workplace cultures, drive employee engagement, and deliver strategic HR solutions that align with business goals.As a HRBP, I pride myself on being a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, offering practical, people focused support. Whether it’s succession planning, employee relations, or performance management, I approach challenges with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset.I’m also a newly qualified Mental Health First Aider, reflecting my commitment to promoting well-being and mental health in the workplace. I’m passionate about helping employees feel supported and safe, and I strive to create an environment where mental health is prioritised and openly discussed.What motivates me most is the opportunity to support and empower people.
