Determine customer requirements and prepare quotes · Process orders and reschedules through ERP · Expedite shipments · Work with Sales management to identify and implement solutions to customer issues · Develop relationships with customers that enable interpretation of customer forecasts. • Support the regional sales manager (northeast and southeast territories). • Handle customer inquiries and customer requests for sales support and general product quotes. • Review outside sales representative orders and audit any changes to existing orders.* Take in customer requirements, determine appropriate price and delivery after factoring internal considerations, and prepare quotes.* Process orders and reschedules through Glovia, our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.* Expedite shipments to customers by working with Shipping, Manufacturing and other departments.* Work with Sales management to identify, resolve, and implement solution. • Train new sales administrators on CRM, sales, and product support.
