I teach classes and provide healing services with my coaching business: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, Body Centered Awareness, Spiritual Counseling, Grounding, Meditation, and Toning. The freedom we find through body and emotional awareness is what carries us to joy. Being able to live from joy, peace, and freedom is why I love coaching. I\'m excited to help folks connect with the choices that bring more joy, peace, and freedom to their daily lives. The work is worthwhile and full of adventure.
