I teach classes and provide healing services with my coaching business: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, Body Centered Awareness, Spiritual Counseling, Grounding, Meditation, and Toning. The freedom we find through body and emotional awareness is what carries us to joy. Being able to live from joy, peace, and freedom is why I love coaching.
