I’m a former HR executive who has watched leaders from Fortune One to small businesses struggle to balance productivity with what their people really want. Over the years, you could say I’ve developed a fanatical interest in the conditions needed to truly create Work+Life Harmony. Not to be confused with work-life balance, Work+Life Harmony exists not when work and life are equal and symmetrical, but when we can design a life that blends the two in the right ratios to create joy and fulfillment.
