I began my career in our Chicago office and served one year in our Paris, France office as part of the US Tax Desk. I am focused on assisting both US and European based multinational companies with tax and tax accounting issues. In my current role, I continue to provide US tax advice and to audit the income tax provision of multinational companies primarily based in the Midwest.I advise clients on both internal and external restructurings, acquisitions, repatriation, foreign tax credit matters and related tax compliance & reporting. I assist our audit practice with review of complex international tax issues related to quarterly and annual tax provision computations. I have extensive experience in the design and implementation of worldwide structures, cross-border transactions, tax implications to transfer pricing and income tax accounting, as well as in managing such projects and project teams.
