About Angela Booth

Born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL, I am one of the few that can call themselves a true Florida native! I attended Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, FL and graduated in the top 10 of my class. Afterwards, I attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with honors. I started my professional career right out of High School working for Publix and a local lawn service as Business Manager. While working at the lawn service for 10 years, I learned how to run a business, including how to communicate effectively with customers, how to efficiently schedule driving routes, how to operate accounts payable/receivable as well as manage employees.After 10 years at the lawn service, I got my dream job at the World Center of Racing, Daytona International Speedway! I remember driving past the racetrack all the time and always dreaming about working there. Well, after years of applying I finally landed a full-time gig there. Over my 8 years at the Speedway, I learned how to be an excellent assistant to a C-level executive. Eventually, I was promoted to a Coordinator position which led me to learn about running successful events including scheduling/training/managing hundreds of employees, maintaining a large department budget, creating contracts, etc.Then Covid hit and things changed dramatically for those in the events field. I decided to get my Florida Real Estate license to have as a backup plan and change career paths leading to my current role at Foundation Risk Partners.Currently, I am the Integrations Coordinator for Foundation Risk Partners and have learned about Mergers and Acquisitions and how to successfully integrate offices all over the United States.Every job I have had so far has given me the ability to learn new skills and that I am very thankful for and excited for what I may learn in years to come!

   Coordinate Accounting Integration & Conversion for all new acquisitions from signing of LOI to conversion to one of our central platforms, acting as liaison with new acquisitions, vendors and FRP staff • Facilitate and monitor Smartsheet workspaces for Accounting Integration and Conversion• Facilitate and monitor BOX folders • Set up new acquisitions on ePay and coordinate training as necessary• Set up new acquisitions on Expensify and coordinate training as necessary• Participate in data management system meetings (Applied Systems Epic, Vertafore AMS360, etc.) and stay informed on project timelines/hurdles and communicate those items to FRP Accounting & Finance Team• Coordinate multiple meetings via ZOOM and/or Microsoft TEAMS• Coordinate with IT Department and Accounts Payable on integration of vendors from new acquisitions• Assist with IT Vendor Management Team as needed: Engage in discovery process with new acquisition\'s IT vendors to obtain relevant information for IT Leadership to determine if there is a path for new vendor. Additionally, request set up of new IT vendors by obtaining W-9s, invoices, contracts & uploading contracts to ContractWorks. • Create and document processes for Accounting & Finance department• Assist Director of Accounting Integration as needed• Assist CFO as needed on special projects
