The Worldwide Facilities Design, Sales & Real Estate Team ensures excellence in facilities services, providing a supportive workplace environment for TI employees and contractors. Our teams are responsible for maintaining TI\'s buildings and accompanying assets as well as providing amenities for visitors and employees. Our services include building operations, repairs and maintenance, landscape maintenance, janitorial services and long-term capital planning. Full service breakfast and lunch food service for the cafeterias, coffee stations, vending machines and catering. Meeting room and audio visual setups. Evacuation and shelter-in-place drills. Outdoor amenities include dining and break areas, volleyball, ping pong, soccer, bocce ball and special events. Full service fitness center operations.
