As Executive Director of Mississippi First, I lead the organization’s strategic vision and policy direction, building on nearly two decades of bold, equity-centered education leadership. In this role, I am responsible for driving high-impact policy initiatives, strengthening organizational sustainability, and fostering a mission-driven, inclusive team culture. I serve as the lead voice for Mississippi First in both policy and philanthropic spaces—shaping how we engage with partners, influence decision-makers, and advocate for transformational change on behalf of Mississippi’s students. My work focuses on ensuring that Mississippi First remains a trusted, forward-thinking leader in education policy at a pivotal time for our state and sector.
