I currently am employed as a part time principal solictor and part time senior solictor in the same areas of law. I mainly cover child protection work but also have experience of education, adult and governance. I manage and review complex high risk cases, putting meaures in place to reduce risk and have worked with our communication team and health and safty team on high profile cases. I have briefed elected members and the executive director ensuring good communication during challenging times. I manage a team of solictors, legal assistants and buisness administrators and enjoy working together to improve efficiency. I am responsible for ensuring the team remain in budget and work effectivly with the accountant and wider team.
