About Angela Arria

I have sincerely enjoyed working in the health care setting for over the last 20 years.I began my career in health care as a Social Worker in a 300 bed SNF before obtaining my license as a New Hampshire Nursing Home Administrator and then advancing to Director level positions in various areas of the post-acute sector. Most recently as the Director of Operations of Post-Acute Care with Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Health System. No matter which position I held, my passion to provide quality outcomes along with my commitment to excellence was rewarded and recognized with growth and promotion with-in those companies.With a thirst for more knowledge and a drive for further professional development I have recently completed my Masters in Health Care Administration. Working as an NHA I had over 300 staff members I was responsible for. This included duties with recruitment and retention, employee engagement and strategic organizational development. As a Director of Quality Resident Services I was responsible to train new hires of the executive team to our quality initiatives as well as provide company- wide and onsite training\'s.Having held positions both at the facility and regional levels, I have a great understanding of the importance and responsibility to provide a humanistic and compassionate approach to providing care and services in the post-acute settings. Likewise, I also appreciate and understand the importance of managing the everyday facets of business needs while ensuring quality objectives are met. I very much enjoyed working in these capacities and gain great satisfaction in enhancing quality of care through the implementation of positive outcomes
