Blood Donor Ambassador @American Red Cross

As a blood donor ambassador, I assist donors with daily check-ins and ensure that they have a positive experience after donation by assisting them with rehydration and recovery post-donation. I find this fulfilling as I get to see every donor walk in with a different reason for their donation and with constant communication while they recoup, I also try to make sure they feel comfortable and are in their proper health limits. At every blood donation event, my only goal would be to make donors feel comfortable and at ease pre and post-donation.
