Lead and Manage the implementation of assigned testing projects throughout the entire project life cycle (SDCL) methodology and governing process (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing) while balancing the project constraints of scope, and time to ensure the quality completion of the project objectives and goals Develop and maintain a collaborative relationships with the project sponsors to ensure appropriate input is obtained and utilized Take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization. Work closely with other QC team members to automate the execution and verification of reports created by the various company products. Develop and supervise the execution of AEP Load testing Plan for the CRM app. Oversee virtual team from India and near-shore Team members providing leadership and guidance to address questions and issues regarding the project implementation. Coordinate the execution of training Coordinate the Automation script migration from Selenium Web driver to Tosca (No code solution). Coordinate the Automated Functional and Load Regression testing for the SaleForce application (CRM Service app)
