Ms. Angel Preston, J.D, is a legal, public policy, engineering and program management professional who provides innovative solutions in support of vehicle safety. In her many roles within Intel Corporation, the Auto Alliance, and U.S. Department of Transportation, she demonstrated expertise in: drafting and implementing transportation policy related to motor vehicle safety standards, emerging technologies, spectrum, safety defects and recalls, and fuel economy; the execution of program office operations and strategy; and the administration and management of Government contracts. Ms. Preston is a former Presidential Management Fellow and graduate of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Leadership Development Program. She also matriculated at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, earning Bachelor and Masters in Mechanical Engineering and Juris Doctorate degrees. Ms. Preston is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
