Key Achievements: • Acceded financial KPIs during the first year of operation for more than $20M. • Established new MPD product line in less than a year, including set up of office, R&M and field personnel. • Established training program for transition to local talent. • Deployed first Gen II system in the world with success and BP 100% satisfied. • Directed the first semi-sub unit retrofit for use of MPD deepwater technology in the Caspian Sea. • Led and ensured success of first 2 MPD wells in the Caspian Sea, increasing market share. • Delivered 2 MPD projects for the EU region (Montenegro ENI and Hungary TDE), generating $3M+.
