She has substantiated a verifiable track record for diligently completing multi-million dollars projects through coordination, establishing partnerships, developing rapport with contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, local officials, business agents, clients while maintaining schedule and cost. She has demonstrated areas of expertise in budget analysis, construction planning, phasing and scheduling, quality control management, estimating, safety and compliance management and critical path project management.Angel Hackney’s career emerged at UPS where she served as a construction project manager for a fast-track design and construction of a $50 million Air Cargo facility with a stringent and aggressive project schedule of 10 months and implemented value engineering in a cost saving of more than $5 million in addition to managing all permits, design and construction activities and supervising outside consultants to ensure all designs were conformed in accordance with company’s standards.
