New Core technology replacement Program (Project Manager). Successfully delivered infrastructure required to replace the main core banking platform for corporate customers. Dual code deployment and testing across Production and Non-Production environment to facilitate dual run execution. Responsible for- Infrastructure procurement and planning- Infrastructure built and configuration meeting architecture requirements- Project planning creation, follow up, reporting to Senior management on progress- Technical teams coordination and engagement to ensure project planned dates are met for infrastructure and hardware delivery implementation- Liaising with change management to plan deployment, testing and go live dates- Risk and Issues assessment management to avoid critical patch and stoppers.Results- Mainframe core business bank technology replacement with other technologies such as Microfocus and Oracle Exadata- Overnight implementation for Dual run code to allow customer transactions to flow thought both platforms during Dual run project phase- Managed + 50 servers built and configuration installation to handle the whole corporate service- Implementation changes approval though different governance and change process.
