Transfusion and Transplant CSR Program LeaderAppointed in March 2025 to lead global Corporate Social Responsibility programs for Transfusion and Transplant. Oversaw reporting for Werfen\'s public facing Annual Sustainability Report for 28 actions completed across 4 sites in 2024, and over 40 actions across 7 sites in 2025, all in support of 9 different United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). Norcross Site CoordinatorAppointed in January 2023 and continuing to serve as the Corporate Social Responsibly site coordinator for our Norcross, GA headquarters location. Created a Charity of the Month program. Assembled and mentoring a committee of over 30 employees to serve as charity liaisons who create opportunities for all employees to enhance their impact on the local community through donation of needed items and through use of company paid volunteer time. Co-led the local team in planning exciting team fundraisers such as Baked Goods Fundraisers, Dunk Tanks, and 5K races along with motivating individual fundraising efforts which raised to per year in 2023, 2024 and 2025 for Blood Cancer United. Enhanced internal appreciation and grew our impact by initiating a local monthly CSR newsletter for the Norcross site.
