After ~27 years in the US Air Force serving as a Foreign Area Office and tactical airlift pilot I\'m excited to start my next chapter of my professional life doing what I did best: leading and managing people. The first half of my career was about success. This next phase is all about significance. As such, nothing is more inspiring that working alongside other motivated people that are passionate about what they do and strive to improve. In my experience, putting people first matters. When you properly position them and provide the right tools and training to achieve the desired effects, that\'s when the magic happens. That’s where you’ll find me and those I work alongside. When I\'m not leading or managing groups towards successful outcomes, I love to travel, cook, and experience new cultures.
