Drawing on over two decades of experience, I am a freelance leadership and collaboration specialist. I help individuals and teams thrive through expert training and mentoring rooted in cognitive psychology, ensuring the strategies I share are practical, research-backed, and designed for lasting impact.My career has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed, with roles including Deputy Headteacher in a mainstream secondary school in Lancashire, School Improvement Officer at a diverse education trust in West Yorkshire, Specialist Leader of Education, and freelance consultant. I have extensive experience designing and delivering professional development for diverse audiences, from trainee teachers to senior leaders in education, the NHS, and corporate sectors. I have also authored online modules for a CPD provider on key topics around cognitive science.Today, I work as an Associate Facilitator and freelance consultant, helping leaders and teams foster clarity, collaboration, and resilience.
