Cost Reduction:→ Focusing on reduction in overall Regional spend against the approved Regional budget with Quarterly Benchmark Achievement.→ Control the operating expenses.Branch Premise:→ Acquisition to Handover: o Timely Acquisition of Premises, o Cost Rationalisation & Analysis, o Focus on reutilization, o Nil double rentals & Movement into new premise→ Timely Renewals & Exit: o Maximum reutilization of assets. o Procurement of new assets before the opening of branch inauguration. o Maximum scrap value of disposed assets.Employee Grievances:→ Resolve the issues in the workplace at the earliest possible opportunity and with the least possible formality.→ All efforts shall be put to address issues before they become a formal grievance issue.→ Seriously look into the facts why the employee felt unfair or unjust.→ Investigate the facts transparently and sensitively.→ Provide a balanced solution that will satisfy the employee without causing disproportionate difficulty for the organization.→ Provide feedback to the employee and take necessary follow-up action.Nidan:→ Timely resolution of calls regarding R&M raised by employees.→ R&M planning to be done so as to ensure Completion and Billing of the same is done in Same Month.Branch Visits:→ Roll out of 5S in branches & Audit Score.→ All the branches to be visited twice every quarter.→ Ensure branch hygiene, regional ESAT score and 100% uptime.Vendor Management:→ Ensure & Monitor Vendor payments timelines for all the branches in the Region.→ Rate Contracts for all Regional & Branch vendors to be maintained.→ Yearly review & empanelment for all vendors to be completed within the defined TAT.Compliance:→ Ensure all statutory norms for Branches are followed as per law of the land.Safety:→ Ensure all branches adhere to the safety norms setup by the company.Risk Assessment & Management:→ Assess & Manage the risks as per the below defined categories:
