I create and manage legal templates to align commercial objectives with compliance requirements, while also reviewing audit obligations of existing clients in collaboration with auditors and liaison officers to ensure data minimisation during contractual and regulatory audits. My role extends to supporting large public sector engagements, responding to a wide range of legal requests from Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and other functional groups. In addition, I spearhead and pilot Contract Lifecycle Risk Management (CLRM) initiatives and AI-driven tools for the company, testing and implementing them to enhance productivity. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement changes arising from new legislative and regulatory developments.
