ABOUT ANGAD SINGH

I practice in various aspects of condominium law, with a primary focus on condominium solicitor work. My academic journey includes the successful completion of B.A LL.B. from IP University in India. I further attained my Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in 2022, and was called to the Law Society of Ontario (formerly known as Law Society of Upper Canada) in 2023. Prior to relocating to Canada, I practiced law at a boutique firm in India, where I focused on cases related to wilful default proceedings, cheque dishonour, and disputes involving insolvency and bankruptcy. Since 2021, I have been working with Horlick condominium Law. My role involves providing invaluable support to condominium corporations. This encompasses the meticulous review of management contracts, preparing and amending condominium corporation’s governing documents as well as the enforcement of compliance through legal letters, applications to the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) and the court system. Additionally, I hold extensive experience and expertise in conducting owners\' meetings for condominium corporations. I am fluent in Hindi and proficient in Punjabi. This linguistic proficiency positions me as an effective communicator, facilitating seamless interaction with clients from diverse language backgrounds and underscoring my commitment to providing comprehensive legal services.
