I bring over 17 years of corporate experience, including more than 11 years in Learning & Development. I began my career as an Actuarial professional, clearing five actuarial exams and spending six years in the field before transitioning into Learning & Development to pursue work that felt more aligned with who I am.Currently, I serve as a Learning Partner for a global Risk and Analysis Consulting Services unit. I lead enterprise-facing initiatives across onboarding, professional and leadership development, capability building, learning management systems, and structured knowledge transfer during business transitions. I work in close partnership with business leaders, line managers, HRBPs, and transition stakeholders to enable performance, strengthen capability pipelines, and enhance overall employee experience.In recent years, I have also been driving AI awareness and literacy initiatives within teams—helping professionals understand the practical implications of AI on their work, build responsible usage practices, and develop future-ready skills in an evolving digital landscape.My approach to development is grounded in a listening-first mindset. Sustainable capability building begins with understanding context—what leaders are navigating, where teams feel friction, and what remains unspoken in the system. Beyond my formal role, I host Listening Circles—structured yet reflective spaces that explore themes relating to life situations, midset, relationships and growth.
