About Aneysha Roy
I’m a researcher and policy analyst with 5+ years of experience working at the intersection of gender, labor, and public service delivery in India. My work integrates field-based insights with quantitative and qualitative analysis to examine how policies shape lived experiences, particularly for communities of women in low-income and informal settings. Currently pursuing a Master’s in International Development Policy at Georgetown University and consulting with the Poverty Global Department at the World Bank, my main areas of focus include how empirical evidence can inform more equitable and context-sensitive policy design.
