My experience focuses on the design and implementation of novel, data oriented, functional and culturally relevant human resource strategies that create a glide path for business objectives. I have conducted this work across the functions of manufacturing, sales, service, finance, legal, marketing within a diverse collection of industries including medical device, waste management and precision technologies at both a national and global scale. These companies aimed for growth and expansion which put a focal point to how I approached my contributions.I am adept at synthesizing how unique challenges can be solved with a shared solution.
