ABOUT ANESHIA SMITH
Aneshia Y. Smith is a public speaker and the executive director of the Aneshia Y. Smith Institute for Women and Girls, a nonprofit corporation that empowers and improves the lives of women and girls through education on topics related to mind, body, and spirit. She has over 20 years of experience as an engineer and instructor in the field of industrial automation manufacturing. She is the author of two books: Personal Testimonies of the Universal Presence and Wealth Wisdom for Ladies. She speaks regularly at engineering and STEM events around the country on topics such as: Women in Industrial Automation Manufacturing Women in Entrepreneurship Women in Training Women in Engineering Women and Financial Literacy Women in the Stock Market Female Empowerment She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and has been featured as the keynote speaker for several events such as Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference, the Women in Engineering STEM Summit, and N3XT. She has also appeared on various radio and television shows, including Lifetime Television’s The Balancing Act, broadcasting to 2 million women nationwide.
