About Aneil Tripathy
Dr Aneil Tripathy is the Director for Financial Services in the Ceres Company Network and Accelerator for Sustainable Capital Markets. Aneil oversees Ceres\' strategy to support financial services sector companies as they pursue sustainable financing goals. He has over a decade of experience mobilizing financial markets and corporations to respond effectively to key sustainability challenges. He is a research affiliate at MIT and Brandeis University, as well as and a member of the Energy and Climate Finance network at University of St Andrews. Aneil is a trained economic and climate social scientist with expertise in innovation for sustainable finance banking and markets.Previously, Aneil was an Impact Fellow in the MIT Climate and Sustainability Consortium (MCSC), where he led research and corporate engagements on climate finance. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher on blue finance at the University of Bologna. Aneil has been a visiting researcher at Bayes Business School, Lancaster University, and an associate of University College London. He has held several roles at the Climate Bonds Initiative and has consulted with StepChange and the Clean Energy States Alliance.
