Own the end-to-end lifecycle for RetailNext’s analytics platform and Aurora, collaborating every day with fully remote engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams spread across 15+ countries- Translate market signals into roadmap: Collect input from enterprise customers, channel partners, privacy regulators, and competitive tracking; turn it into quarterly OKRs, epics, and PRDs that steer design and engineering- Run cross-functional delivery: Lead backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and asynchronous decision docs; clarify scope, unblock engineering, and align design, data science, and QA on release criteria- Embed privacy & compliance: Partner with legal and security to weave edge redaction, opt-out toggles, and SOC 2 controls into every release so features ship audit-ready for GDPR, CCPA, and large-retailer security reviews- Steward product telemetry: Define sensor, feature, and account-level events; route ops data to Grafana, usage signals to Pendo, and commercial metrics to Power BI; maintain a unified health view that guides sprint priorities and lifecycle calls- Equip go-to-market teams: Create launch decks, solution briefs, ROI one-pagers, and security answers; step into prospect calls for deep technical questions and own technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires- Keep the customer feedback loop active. Join quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc discovery calls to capture requests, translate them into actionable backlog items, and negotiate scalable solutions that fit the core architecture- Synchronize a global squad: Run fortnightly roadmap check-ins across time zones, publish concise release notes, and keep sprint predictability above 90 % without stifling research spikes.
