Identify and acquire new clients for equity, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals. • Expand the customer base through cold calls, references, and local marketing activities. • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by providing timely market updates and investment advice. • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and suggesting suitable financial products. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives/relationship managers. • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and drive them to achieve business targets. • Conduct regular review meetings and set clear KPIs. • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, investor awareness programs, and client engagement activities. • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve business performance. • Ensure effective cross-selling of financial products. • Adhere strictly to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company compliance policies. • Ensure all client documentation (KYC, agreements, etc.) is complete and accurate. • Monitor client transactions to mitigate risks of default or non-compliance. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales and revenue performance. • Analyze market trends and share insights with senior management. • Suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
