I’m the Director and Co-founder of Hash Agile, where we partner with businesses to build scalable, data-driven systems powered by AI, Search, and Data Engineering. Our focus is simple: transform complex data into solutions that create measurable business outcomes.With a strong technical foundation from BITS Pilani (Software Systems) and leadership perspective from IIM Calcutta, I bridge the gap between deep engineering and business strategy. I enjoy being hands-on—whether it’s designing architectures, building workflows, or extracting insights—and ensuring teams deliver production-ready solutions.My career journey spans Oracle and Pramati, where I honed my product engineering mindset, and Mphasis and Accenture, where I learned how to deliver impact at enterprise scale.
