Prior to this role, I was part of the Talent Practice team, leading Employer Branding & Initiatives for India & Talent Analytics for AMA region. I started my journey at P&G in January 2020 as an HR Business Partner for the Hair Care & Feminine Care marketing multi-functional teams & Engagement Lead for the ISC Brand function.I bring in ~4 years of prior work experience in the management consulting space, working as a Senior HR Consultant in the People & Change Advisory team of KPMG India, where I delivered and led several projects for various clients on areas such as Organization Design, Manpower Planning & Cost Optimization, Performance Management, Talent Management and HR Process & Policies. I am an alumnus of Management Development Institute, Gurugram with a PGDM degree in Human Resource Management and the recipient of the Aditya Vikram Birla Gold Medal for outstanding leadership & best outgoing student of PGPHRM 2014-16 batch.
