I am the CEO and co-owner of Pioneer Service (est. 1990) and M&M Quality Grinding (est. 1981), two companies with rich histories and a deep commitment to quality manufacturing. Since joining Pioneer Service in 1993, I have dedicated myself to building over 30 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, working closely with our team and pushing the boundaries of precision machining to drive growth and innovation.In 2021, I had the privilege of returning to M&M Quality Grinding, the family business, where my journey in manufacturing truly began. Coming full circle has been a profoundly meaningful step, allowing me to bring everything I’ve learned back to the business that first inspired my career. I am honored to continue leading both Pioneer Service and M&M Quality Grinding, where I strive to foster an environment that values quality, dedication, and continuous improvement in an ever-evolving industry.My success has been built on creating a high-performance team that embraces advanced technology, fostering strong relationships both inside and outside of my companies, and championing inclusivity in an industry where success is always earned, never given.Manufacturers are makers. The process of bringing people together to MAKE something that will go on to serve a bigger purpose is where my passion lies. Knowing that the parts that leave my shop are contributing to the world at large, touching lives, and benefiting people fuels my passion.

In 1993, I took the opportunity to run a small, struggling company that manufactured shafts. With passion and experience, I drove to implement the changes necessary to substantially grow the company.
