Aneesa Mohamed is a strong strategic thinker with proven capabilities to drive change within large organizations. Experienced in the delivery of large cross-functional projects, enterprise strategy, partner or vendor management, relationship management, stakeholder management, and enterprise connectivity. Passionate about activating an organizations Purpose and driving Social Impact while delivering strong financial success. Her extensive experience over the last 15 years spans many industries, including Payments Technology, Fintech roles, Product Management, Relationship Management, Service Delivery, and Customer Experience Strategy. She has worked on a number of roles both within Canada and internationally for large organizations.In her current role as Director Social Impact and Purpose, for BMO Financial, she is responsible for leading initiatives and amplification efforts within this space. The group holds enterprise-wide accountability to help drive and amplify Social Impact and key strategic pillars associated with BMO Purpose including Sustainability, Thriving Economy and Inclusive Society. Prior to this role, as Sr. Manager Loyalty and Credit Card Product, Aneesa was responsible for strategically redefining the Bank\'s credit card and loyalty program, whilst leading a challenging cross-functional delivery with multiple stakeholders and vendors. Key areas of focus included work to simplify and align key value proposition for products, and work cross-functionally to focus on cross-business opportunities for growth while putting the customer experience first, whilst managing a large P&L and Project budget. A two time recipient of BMO\'s Annual \"Best of The Best\" Award, a participant in the Scala Mentorship program, and Chair of the 2017 BMO Annual Winter Wish committee (fundraising event raising upwards of $550K for the United Way), she is currently Lead Advisor to the Junior Achiever Company Program leading a student cohort of 25.
