Support end-to-end execution of on-site merchandising for Watches and Pre-Owned Handbags, optimizing navigation, filters, sort logic, and on-site search to improve product discoverability and conversion.• Monitor and analyze category KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and engagement using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and ContentSquare to identify growth opportunities and inform optimization strategies.• Manage SKU setup and onboarding for seasonal launches, vendor expansions, and exclusive drops within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely activation.• Build and refresh category landing pages and promotional content aligned with brand priorities, vendor initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.• Conduct routine QA and UAT testing for category updates, promotions, and event launches to ensure functionality, pricing accuracy, and proper visibility rules.• Configure and validate event-specific product access, associate groups, pricing rules, and limited-visibility assortments for invite-only and high-value digital events.• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, SEO, IT, and eCommerce Operations to execute site updates and support integrated campaign launches.• Support 9 to 12 annual special events by coordinating digital setup, inventory readiness, SKU activation and deactivation, and post-event reconciliation to drive revenue targets.• Maintain merchandising trackers, documentation, and workflows to improve execution efficiency and ensure consistent site operations.• Analyze customer behavior and site performance insights to recommend UX and content improvements that enhance engagement and overall channel performance.
