ABOUT ANECA LASLEY

I help companies win in the courtroom and stay out of it when possible. As a seasoned trial lawyer and strategic business counselor, I help businesses navigate complex disputes, including multidistrict litigation and class actions, across federal and state courts nationwide. In trial, I’m relentless and precise: aligning case strategy with your business goals, pressure-testing arguments early, and crafting compelling stories that resonate with judges and juries. Outside the courtroom, I work side-by-side with leadership teams to anticipate risk, resolve issues before they escalate, and deliver practical, actionable advice that protects your bottom line. I also invest in culture and community. I co-chair Ice Miller’s Women’s Enterprise, working to promote full and equal participation, advancement, and retention of women. I serve on the firm’s Legal Personnel Committee and as firmwide and Columbus Office Hiring Chair, shaping hiring strategies and leading the summer associate program. In Central Ohio, I’m vice-chair of United Schools Network and chair its Development Committee, and I’m active with the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio Women’s Bar Association, and several community organizations.
