Sell and service both catering and general property services.• Manage catering and conference service reservations and booking for guests.• Produce group premiers and appropriate documentation specific to each group e.g. BEO\'s, internal emails etc.• Provide detailed reports of Catering Service activities.• Create catering packages for theme casino events.• Prepare estimates and quotes of catering and conference services to guests, event planners and group coordinators.• Maintain current knowledge of property services, amenities and events and provides same to guests.• Enhance and create sales in local markets.• Supervise and evaluate work of Catering Administrative staff.• Participate in the interviewing, selection and management of employees.• Ensure that employees maintain valid/active licensing for their specific job/role.• Other duties as assigned.
