As the Technical Lead at My Outsourced IT, I coordinate the collection, data destruction, refurbishment, and setup of digital devices for people who need them the most. I have more than 10 years of experience in hardware refurbishing, PHP development, managing servers, IT support and management, digital marketing, and technical writing. I hold MCSE and Prince 2 certifications, as well as a BSc in Computer Technology and a MySQL certification. I am passionate about digital inclusion and sustainability. I founded My Outsourced IT with the vision to equip every disadvantaged home in the UK with a free laptop, desktop, or tablet. I also work with MDC/LifeShare, Manchester\'s oldest homeless charity, to connect homeless people with the digital world and offer training programs in computing. I have published a paper on advanced automation of a mineral water factory and created a repository of information on the digital world.
