Our team in Manchester and Liverpool are trained in carrying out no obligation free home surveys to help you combat damp and mould issues caused by condensation. It is estimated that over 80% of damp related issues in a domestic property can be attributed to condensation rather than rising or penetrating damp.We are passionate about improving your indoor air quality and can guarantee to offer a permanent cure to condensation and mould and in so doing often alleviating triggers for asthma attacks; as highlighted in the study we undertook with NHS Sefton.During the home survey a reading of the relative humidity in the property is assessed using a hygrometer. We will then be able to advice on the best method of ventilation based on your property in order to reduce humidity levels with products we make at our head office in North Yorkshire.If you are planning to build your own property or extension, we can design a customised ventilation solution for your new home project to fully comply with current Building Regulations and are on hand to provide technical advice and support at every stage.
