When people ask me what I do for a living I tell them I enjoy helping technical teams prioritize and plan their work ensuring they are working on the right things at the right time to ultimately add business value. I focus on delivering results by using a pragmatic approach with emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, and communication. I believe these principles are the same for both Agile Scrum and traditional waterfall Project Management approaches.I enjoy working with the customer reviewing their challenges; setting the priorities for solving those challenges; then putting together a plan to accomplish prioritized goals. Qualities I bring include enthusiasm, initiative, accountability, organization, decision making, and communication skills. I seek the responsibility of being held accountable for all outcomes, and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.
