Responsible for the operational management and strategic development of NRL\'s Woking Business Unit (including business development, recruitment and administration / compliance functions), delivering services to a broad spectrum of companies within our target markets. My days also include- Supporting clients with legislation (such as IR35 and international contractor tax compliance)- Consult with clients on recruitment strategy and recruitment supply chain management - Hiring and performance management of recruitment team - Consistent review and implementation of technology to improve our service offerings, operational efficiencies and MI / BI reporting - Oversee permanent and temporary recruitment services to predominantly the UK, Ireland and Europe with some MENA - P&L Management for business unit - Implementing and supporting the delivery of business development strategy - Oversight and support with account management activities - Application of knowledge learnt within MBA studies As part of the NRL Group, the Woking business unit specifically caters to Construction and Engineering companies operating within Infrastructure, Life Sciences and Energy markets, both in the UK and Internationally.
