He later transitioned into a role as an owner’s representative then as an executive with regional real estate development firms, further broadening his expertise in managing diverse real estate development projects.Andy has led and contributed to a wide array of projects, including multifamily developments, industrial facilities, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation initiatives, mixed-use, office, retail, and large master planned developments.
