Andy Werner is a dedicated equity administrator and corporate paralegal with over 12 years of hands-on experience helping companies optimize their equity incentive plans and corporate governance. He thrives on building strong partnerships across legal teams, executives, directors, and investors, and is known for simplifying complex matters.Andy began his career as a Client Service Manager at American Stock Transfer, working with both public and private companies. Since then, he has supported equity administration and legal operations at InterDigital (NASDAQ: IDCC), eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY), Turo (pre-IPO), and now Meta (NASDAQ: META).Outside of work, Andy is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as animal welfare. He serves on the DEI board for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. He also volunteers with the Milo Foundation, a Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs and cats from high-kill shelters, providing sanctuary for animals in need, and educating the public on responsible pet guardianship.Fun fact: Andy is a proud dog parent to two rescue pups: Valentino, a spirited Dachshund mix from the Humane Society of Silicon Valley, and Vincenzo, a playful Siberian Husky mix from the Milo Foundation. Their stories inspire his ongoing commitment to animal welfare and responsible pet guardianship.Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and the Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) designation from the Certified Equity Professional Institute.
